The most popular journeys from Aigle, compared
Aigle sits where the Chablais, the Riviera and the Vaud Alps meet, on the SBB Simplon line. That is why three destinations keep coming up in our bookings:
- Villars-sur-Ollon: 15 km, about 20 minutes, CHF 57 in an E-Class, CHF 72 in a V-Class. Short, but uphill.
- Montreux: 16 km, about 20 minutes, CHF 61 in an E-Class, CHF 77 in a V-Class. A flat run, mostly on the motorway.
- Geneva Airport: about 112 km, roughly 1 h 15, price on quotation. The long journey, where planning matters most.

Aigle → Geneva: planning your airport run
For Geneva, distinguish between the airport (about 112 km) and the city (about 107 km). Both exceed 100 km, so the price is agreed on request, based on CHF 3.80/km in an E-Class or CHF 4.80/km in a V-Class, and stated before departure.
Our advice:
- give us your flight time, not just the pick-up time: we work out the margin you need together;
- for an arrival, send us your flight number: we track the flight and your driver meets you on arrival;
- book early for night-time or very early departures.

Aigle → Villars-sur-Ollon: think about the skis
The trip to Villars is the cheapest of the three, but it is a mountain road. In winter, the deciding factor is equipment: a family of four with skis will fit better in the V-Class, even though the E-Class seats 4 passengers. For a return trip, allow CHF 114 in an E-Class or CHF 144 in a V-Class.

Aigle → Montreux: the Riviera in 20 minutes
Montreux is the most common evening out from Aigle: dinner on the shores of Lake Geneva, a concert, or the Montreux Jazz Festival in July. The trip costs CHF 61 in an E-Class; a return comes to CHF 122 in an E-Class or CHF 154 in a V-Class. We drive 24/7, so a late ride home is no problem, as long as you book it.
Further along the Riviera and the lake, Vevey is 23 km away (CHF 87) and Lausanne 42 km (CHF 160 in an E-Class). These prices are for the whole vehicle: with four passengers, Aigle – Montreux works out at around CHF 15 each.
