Data we collect
When you use the booking or contact form, we receive the information you enter: name, phone number, email address (optional), pick-up and destination, date, time, number of passengers and suitcases, and your message. This data is used solely to process your request and organise your journey. It is never sold or used for advertising purposes.
Requests reach us by email. The website is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva). We keep correspondence for as long as necessary to process your request and to meet our legal obligations (for example, accounting requirements).
Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
To protect our forms against bots, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3, which only loads once you start filling in a form. This service, provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, analyses technical information (IP address, browsing behaviour on the page, device information) and may set a technical cookie. Data may be transferred to the United States. Google's Privacy Policy applies.
Cookies and analytics
The website itself does not set any advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own server (no requests are made to Google Fonts). Only reCAPTCHA (see above) may set a technical cookie when you use a form. The fare calculator runs entirely in your browser; the locations you enter are only sent to us if you submit the form.
